Shipping

We ship all items by UPS - Residental Ground Service (an average of 5 to 7 days) unless requested when ordered or contacting us. All orders have tracking numbers which can be requested by email and we will email your tracking number to you.

Shipping & Handling may be adjusted for shipping through services other than UPS -- Residental Ground Service.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items

We will contact you if an item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available. Your credit card is not charged until the item is shipped. If the item is no longer available, or needed before more of the item can come in to us, we are more than willing to work with you on a replacement item, store credit, or cancel the order.

We offer a 30-Day from THE DATE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED , money back guarantee! Just send your item(s)back to us, in its original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, store credit, or refund.

Marked Closeout- non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of same item.

There is no restocking fee, but a minimal 5% charge will be reflected in credit card refunds towards credit card transaction fees incurred.

Returns If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.

Exchanges If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE e-mail or call for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA# Request), to ensure proper credit for return. Email Us or Call Us.

Return Information:

1. We recommend that you ship your package INSURED to ensure safe arrival.

2. Please use ORIGINAL (or comparable) shipping box and shipping packaging to ensure arrival in NEW condition.

3. Write RMA # Clearly on Outside of Box in black marker.

4. Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.- Thank you!

5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase.
